CS11H-3NL/CS41H-3NL vertical free float trap has a simple structure. Inside, there is only a finely ground stainless steel hollow float ball, which is both a float and an opening and closing part without any vulnerable parts and has a long service life.When the device is just started, air and low-temperature condensate appear in the pipe. The bimetallic automatic air exhaust element pushes the float ball away from the seat, and the valve is opened to exclude non-condensing gas. The low-temperature condensed water flows into the trap, the float ball rises, and the condensate water is quickly discharged.The device quickly raises the temperature. Before the temperature in the pipe rises to saturation temperature, the temperature variation of the bimetal automatic exhaust air element is straightened.When the steam trap enters into normal operation, the float ball rises or falls with the liquid level to regulate the flow of the valve hole;When the condensate stops entering, the float ball approaches the seat with the flow direction of the medium, closing the valve.The seat of vertical free floating ball steam trap is always below the liquid level, forming water seal and no steam leakage.
